Reserve terms

SELLUXURY LAYWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

SELLUXURY offers a layaway service which allows our buyers to reserve merchandise with a required minimum 5% deposit down (Towards purchase price). Merchandise put on layaway is kept by SELLUXURY until the balance is paid off in full. All layaway must be paid in full to SELLUXURY within 60 Days, or the merchandise will be relisted for sale. 5% deposit is non-refundable.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

We may modify these Layway Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your sole responsibility to review the Layway Terms and Conditions from time to time to view any such changes. You agree that our Terms of Use will govern any dispute between you and SELLUXURY under these Reserve Terms.

AVAILABILITY

• Items become available for Reserve after they have been listed as “READY TO SHIP”.

PAYMENT

• You must provide a ten percent (5%) Down Payment at the time of purchase.
• You must complete payment in full within twenty (60) days from the date of your Down Payment.
• Payments may be made by PayPal or credit card. You acknowledge and agree that all information you provide with regards to a purchase is accurate, current and complete. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide to us or our payment processor, including, without limitation, any credit card you provide when completing a transaction.

CANCELLATIONS

The buyer may cancel a Layaway at any time prior to delivery of products.

In the event that your reserve is canceled or returned, or in the event that you fail to timely complete payment, we will not retain ten percent (5%) of your Down Payment amount.

DELIVERY

The item will be sent to you after the final payment is complete.
