1. How do I deliver sold items?

  3. ·Ship it using Novaposhta.
    SELLUXURY covers shipping costs and other shipping expenses.

Once you've sent your item, select «My sales» and add the tracking information.

We recommend to when filling out your declaration to describe your item as pre-owned and make the value of your package no more then $150 (hundred and fifty US dollars) when filling out your declaration. Once it’s available, please add the tracking number to your account.

2. Who covers the cost of shipping?

SELLUXURY covers standard shipping costs (Novaposhta, Russian Post, E-Post, USPS, La Poste, Canada Post). At this moment, we are not able to accept shippments from DHL, UPS, Fedex, Cdek.

Please save your shipping receipt and send us a copy. We will return your shipping cost after we receive the items and they will go through the authentication process.

If the items won’t pass the authentication standards, shipping cost return is not possible.

3. Can I cancel the transaction after my item is sold?

Transaction can’t be cancel if you’ve already shipped the item

Any time before you ship the item, the transaction can be canceled.

4. Что, если мой товар не пройдет контроль качества SELLUXURY?

Items that do not match the provided description will be evaluated according to the condition or will be returned to you.

If you send us a counterfeit product, you will have to cover shipping costs including the authentication cost in an amount starting from twenty dollars ($20) and up to hundred dollars ($100). It depends on the brand and product type.

5. When will I receive money for the item I sold?

You will receive payment as soon as the process of authentication is over. It usually takes one to three days.

6. What payment options do I have
  • Credit card transfer.
  • Cash payment.
  • Paysend, Western Union or SWIFT money transfer.

Selluxury is not covering the money transfer commission.

7. What do I do if I get an offer?

You will have 48 hours to accept or decline the offer. If 48 hours pass without your response, the offer will expire. If you accept the offer, the item will be moved to the buyer's shopping cart for 24 hours.

8. I’m selling my items through «concierge service», but I changed my mind can I have it back?

Let us know about your decision and we will immediately take it off our website and the items will be returned to you.
