1. How do I deliver sold items?

2. Who covers the cost of shipping?

Free shipping is only available for the USA, Ukraine, and Israel. If you ship from other countries, the sender pays for shipping.

3. Can I cancel the transaction after my item is sold?

Transaction can’t be cancel if you’ve already shipped the item

Any time before you ship the item, the transaction can be canceled.

4. What if my item fails SELLUXURY quality control?

Items that do not match the provided description will be evaluated according to the condition or will be returned to you.

If you send us a counterfeit product, you will have to cover shipping costs including the authentication cost in an amount starting from twenty dollars ($20) and up to hundred dollars ($100). It depends on the brand and product type.

5. When will I receive money for the item I sold?

You will receive payment as soon as the process of authentication is over. It usually takes one to three days.

6. What payment options do I have

  2. Cash payment. (This payment method is only accepted in Kiev).

7. What do I do if I get an offer?

You will have 24 hours to accept or decline the offer. If 24 hours pass without your response, the offer will expire. If you accept the offer, the item will be moved to the buyer's shopping cart for 24 hours.

8. I’m selling my items through «concierge service», but I changed my mind can I have it back?

Let us know about your decision and we will immediately take it off our website and the items will be returned to you.
