Return policy

We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible.

If you purchased an item with 'ready to ship' label you can return it within 7-days for a full refund.

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been requested through buyer’s personal account.

Your item(s) will need to be in the original packaging and in their original condition, with SELLUXURY security tags attached.

Please note, if security tags have been removed, return is impossible.

Items purchased from the individual sellers are not possible to return.

Should you, for any reason, be unhappy with your purchase, you can re-list the item for sale within 48 hours of receiving the package. In this case, the commission from the sale is not deducted, and you will receive the full amount from the resale.

How to request a return?

Click 'return this item' button in 'my orders' selection on your personal account. You will receive a confirmation email from us. Then ship your item(s) to the folowing address:

You will need to arrange for your return shipping and pay the associated costs.

Item(s) must be postmarked within three (5) days of the return request date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend to use Standard Post Service of your country. Please, ship your item with adequate insurance. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We strongly recommend insuring your package while purchasing your label.


Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours and your refund will be issued.
We check the integrity of packaging and proper condition of the goods returned.

Refunds will not include any original domestic or international return shipping costs, including customs and taxes.

According to the terms and conditions, integrity of goods before they are received by SELLUXURY is sole responsibility of a sender.
