2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Reside in jurisdictions where such promotional drawings are legally permitted
Employees, affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members of SELLUXURY US are not eligible.
3. How to Participate
A. Purchase Entry (Optional)
Participants may receive entries by purchasing Bag Charms for $25 USD each.
- Each Bag Charm purchase equals one (1) entry
- Each participant may purchase up to ten (10) Bag Charms, receiving up to ten (10) entries per Drawing
- Order number(s) serve as entry identifier(s)
- No purchase is required to enter or win
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary
To enter without purchase, participants may submit a free entry by email.
Send an email to info@selluxury.com with the subject line:
“Grab Bag Drawing Entry”
The email must include:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address
- Country and state of residence
- Confirmation that the entrant is 18 years of age or older
- A photo of a valid government-issued ID for age verification
Identification is used solely for age verification and will be securely deleted after verification.
Each valid submission equals one (1) entry.
Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Bag Charm Product Information
- Bag Charms are fashion accessories sold separately
- Color, style, and model may vary and are not guaranteed
- Shipped based on availability
- Estimated delivery time: 30–45 business days
- Items may be shipped before or after the Drawing
5. Drawing Schedule
- Drawings are held monthly
- Date and time are announced on SELLUXURY US’s official Instagram page
Live viewing is not required to win.
6. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive an authentic Chanel handbag
- Exact model, size, and color depend on the number of participants
- Prize details are announced prior to the Drawing
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
7. Winner Selection
- One winner is selected at random
- Selection occurs live on Instagram using a randomization method
8. Winner Verification, Shipping, Taxes & Customs
- The selected winner may be required to verify identity and eligibility
- Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification
- SELLUXURY US will cover the cost of standard shipping and applicable sales taxes for the prize
- If the winner is located outside of the United States, the winner is solely responsible for any customs duties, import fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country of residence
- SELLUXURY US is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping regulations
9. No Affiliation Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Chanel.

10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release SELLUXURY US from liability related to:
- Participation in the Drawing
- Prize acceptance or use
- Shipping delays or customs issues
11. General Conditions
SELLUXURY US reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Drawing and to disqualify non-compliant entries.
All decisions are final.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
13. No Refund Policy
- All sales of Bag Charms are final
- No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued for purchased Bag Charms, regardless of Drawing outcome
- Bag Charms are sold as physical products and are not refundable under any circumstances
- Participation in the Drawing, whether by purchase or free entry, does not guarantee winning
